7月2日，中国红十字基金会赴西藏日喀则定日县开展第二批“博爱赈济券”（数字化的爱心代金券）发放。继春节在曲洛乡发放第一批“爱心云备灾——博爱赈济券”助力受灾民众添置年货后，第二阶段的“博爱赈济券”通过向受灾民众提供电子化的消费券的方式，个性化地满足其在恢复重建阶段的日常生活、家园重建、恢复生计等需求。图为达瓦顿珠（右）与同事一起搬运他使用“博爱赈济券”后购买的冰柜。他说冰柜相比冰箱可以储存更多牛肉，更加实用。

受益人小白在介绍博爱赈济券的领取方式。2025年春节前夕，在定日县曲洛乡启动了“移动爱心超市”项目第一阶段（转移安置期）的博爱赈济券制券和核销工作，小白就开始协助中国红十字基金会的工作人员向受灾民众讲解“博爱赈济券”领取和使用方式。
