12月26日，最高人民法院召开新闻发布会，发布，纲要提出9个方面45项改革主要任务，重点围绕完善人民法院坚持党的绝对领导的制度机制、完善服务保障高质量发展和高水平安全的审判体制机制、加强矛盾纠纷预防化解、健全完善诉讼制度、落实和完善司法责任制、加强机构职能体系建设、加强新时代法院队伍建设、完善数字法院建设体系等方面，提出深化改革举措。即日起，最高人民法院官微推出系列图解，解读纲要重点亮点，进一步指导各级法院抓好各项改革任务的组织实施。
