1月24日凌晨1时许，洛龙分局丰李派出所接到群众报警称，其驾驶4吨重的厢式货车在一处陡坡发生了侧翻，自己被困车内。接报后，民警立即出警赶往事发地点，由于此时大雪不断，路面结冰，上坡路段警车不断出现打滑现象，民警轮番推车，及时达现场，见到被困车内人员，积极寻找解救出口，最终将被困人员救出。在确定被困人员身体无大碍后，当即联系吊车对车辆进行救援。

1月24日6时许，洛龙分局安乐派出所接辖区群众报警称，有一位老人迷路了。接警后民警迅速出警，到达现场发现老人岁数较大、口齿不清，无法提供有效身份信息或家庭住址。由于天气寒冷，民警先将老人接到派出所耐心安抚，同时开展查询工作，在民警的不懈努力下，成功联系到了老人的子女，电话那头焦急寻找的家人得知消息后，悬着的心才放了下来，随后来到派出所将老人安全接回。
